Professor Combi earns collegiate research professorship

Congratulations to Professor Mike Combi for earning the 2013 Collegiate Research Professorship from the U-M Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR).

Combi is a distinguished research professor and the director of the AOSS Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program. He has been with the department since 1989. In addition to his service to the University, he is also a co-investigator for the Rosetta Orbiter Spectrometer for Ion and Neutral Analysis (ROSINA) team, part of the European Space Agency's Rosetta mission to comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko. Combi is also a member of numerous NASA panels.
