Professor Steiner ranked in the top 25 STEM professors in Michigan

Professor Allison Steiner is one of the top 25 STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) professors in Michigan, according to the website onlineschoolsmichigan.com.

Steiner specializes in atmospheric research, including biosphere-atmosphere interactions, regional climate modeling and chemistry-climate interactions.

This recognition is not the first for Steiner, who has earned a Henry Russel Award, the highest honor bestowed upon early-career faculty by U-M, and the NSF CAREER award, which is the NSF’s most prestigious award for junior faculty.
