Xplore Engineering Camp (June 26-27)

If you’re looking for an interactive way to show your child or grandchild what your experience at Michigan was like, and encourage a budding engineer, sign up for Xplore Engineering Camp from June 26-27.

There will be 18 different workshops to choose from at camp, including one for AOSS.

The AOSS workshop, called “Up, Up and Away,” helps students design their own launchers and straw rockets to experience the basic principles of powering and building rockets. Students will troubleshoot and problem-solve to create the optimum rocket and launching system.

In addition to the workshops, there will be tours of the Big House and Crisler Arena, as well as a chance to meet with student teams such as the seven-time national champion U-M Solar Car Team!

You can sign up for one day or two, and can include a stay at Baits Hall if you wish to truly re-live the college experience.
