Emily Yang Wins Capitol Hill Visit Essay Contest

Congratulations, Emily Yang!
The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) sought six undergraduate and graduate students to accompany UCAR leadership to Washington, D.C. in June. Students submitted essays of no more than 500 words than answered the question:
"What do you think is important for policymakers to know about Atmoshpheric and related sciences?"
CLaSP PhD Candidate Emily Yang was selected, along with Joshua Alland (SUNY Albany), William Cassell (University of Arizona), Shaowen, Amy Chen (University of Illinois, Urban-Champaign), Lauren Dennis (Penn State University), and Jacob Vos (Iowa State University).
